Maria and the team are reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and thorough.  Maria works with you to come to a fair price and even with prices rising all around Maria is equitable and reasonable. I have been using their services for almost two years. Maria gave us our initial quote and was incredibly thorough about her evaluation. Her team has an attention to detail that other cleaning crews cannot compare to -- trust me, I tried! I did explore other cleaning services when I first moved to the area, just to make sure I was getting the best deal, but NC Orchid always sets the bar so high. I really appreciate that they always go the extra mile, and how considerate they are when I'm working from home.
